   North Topsail Opens Time Capsule

Topsail High School seniors were invited back to North Topsail Elementary School on January 15th to see the opening of the time capsule (pictured on the lower right) that was buried in 1999 to celebrate the school's first anniversary.  The seniors were in the first grade at North Topsail Elementary in 1999.
