Math Program Receives Grant Posted on 10/8/2009 Rocky Point Primary School recently received a grant from ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program to support the school’s math program. This was one of 2,400 grants available to schools across the United States made possible by funding from the ExxonMobil Corporation.
ExxonMobil wants to invest in the future of their communities through grants to neighborhood schools. They believe that, as members of the community, local retailers are best qualified to work with local educators to help identify schools and programs most in need of support.
Donna Redinger, school principal, applied for the grant and graciously thanks ExxonMobil for the $750.00 award. |
