The North Carolina Department of Pubic Instruction recently released the 2009 edition of the North Carolina School Report Card. The website features information about student performance and attendance, class size, school safety, teacher quality and classroom technology at the state, district and school levels.
The report cards do not provide information about school-specific initiatives designed to impact student achievement. School principals are the best resources for details about current school-based projects/programs and they can answer questions about information contained in their school’s report card.
